1. Service Co-ordinator

Service Coordinator involves managing a staff of service employees, resolving client issues and customer complaints, and ensuring that the company's positive image and reputation remains intact.

  • Qualification : B.E..(ECE) or Any Master Degree.,
  • Required Experience :
    • 1-2 years exp.
  • Responsibilities and Duties :
    • Interact with clients who are not satisfied, putting service and communication techniques into practice and resolving any conflicts professionally and answering inquiries respectfully.
    • Create reports for client satisfaction, making recommendations for areas that can be improved and presenting the information at a monthly meeting with the Managers.
    • Work with service employees, answering their questions, providing instruction and guide lines and demonstrating the best service techniques for them.
    • Analyze service reports and client account information to gain insight into the best way to provide service for specific clients, then explain this information to service associates.
    • Relay information between sales and service employees to best coordinate with sales and service techniques and improve efficiency.
    • Customers call attending work-via service desk number, Land line number Collect details from new billable customer and to send the details to technical dept. to create it.
    • Service call/New project entry, closing and allocation work in CRM.
    • Service engineer support/co-ordination work-general.
    • Service invoice submission work via mail /direct.
    • Service payment followup from customers/dealers.
    • To get the service payment confirmation from customers.
    • Service payment details update in Suite CRM.
    • Coordination of telecom service material arrangement work.
    • External service report shared to inservice dept.
    • Re-serviced material followup.
    • All service related documents maintaining.
    • DC/installation forms verification and filing.
    • Installation entry update in inventory pro.

        Good knowledge of electronic components and their applications to quickly evaluate the severity of EOL’s and PCN’s, and to evaluate potential alternates.

    • Biometric/Networking/IP/Access Control systems /CCTV Camera/Engineers perform installation service, maintenance, repair, and software Installation work.
    • Service must be able to work in a professional environment, conduct site surveys and maintain professional appearance and relationship with our existing business customers, new customers as well as provide sales leads to the sales team.
  • Responsibilities and Duties :
    • Biometric & CCTV Camera trouble shooting.
    • Installation & Configuration of Biometric.
    • DVR Configuration.
    • IP Camera installation and configuration.
    • Access Control Installation, configuration.
    • CCTV monitoring control.
    • Evaluate signal quality and performance with computers, networks and software.
    • Testing /troubleshooting networking issues.
    • Install, service, troubleshoot, repair, and perform maintenance of security Products.
    • Good communication skills.
    • Quick witted and able to diagnose and resolve issues. Keep track of service calls and closure on time.
    • Knowledge of basic Ethernet & IP addressing Scheme.

    • Our Network/IP/PBX /SIP TRUNK Engineers performs installation service, maintenance, repair, and programming of multi-line TDM/IP based, business voice and computing systems, including key, Hosted and traditional PBX systems, and IP telephony systems.
    • Service must be able to work in a professional environment, conduct site surveys and maintain professional appearance and relationship with our existing business customers as well as provide sales leads to the sales team.
  • Responsibilities and Duties :
    • Responds to customer complaints.
    • Evaluates and resolves problems of the customer
    • Assists in installing the equipment.
    • Analyzes, inspects and reviews findings to determine the solution to the problem that the Customer demands.
    • Offers customer training for the product.
    • Repairs, tests and maintains equipment.
    • Monitors performance of the product.
    • Provides customers with regular reports and feedback on their service requests.
    • service call attending - fault rectification, cable problem tracing & solving, ext. shifting, program configuration, cable laying.
    • PRI line issues co-ordinate with BSNL/AIRTEL staffs.
    • Program and service support to customer/dealer via. phone.
    • Installation work- wall mount, rack fixing, cable crimping, punching, MDF termination, PRI modem connectivity, demo/training given to customer, call billing software.
    • Service invoice/AMC agreement submission and payment collection.
    • License activation work.
  • Skills Required :
    • Knowledge of key, PBX, and IP telephony systems.
    • Knowledge in SIP-PRI VOIP gateway
    • Knowledge in FTTH network solution.
    • CCNA and other IP/Network Certifications will be considered as priority.
    • Knowledge of Basic Ethernet.
    • Knowledge of IP addressing scheme.
    • Ability to improve or redesign procedures for specific installation/repair problems.
    • Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions using information at hand.
    • Ability to effectively function as a team player.
